JBGeoServices.com shall not be liable for the following:Refunds are available to new clients who notify us within 24 hours of purchase providing the service has not been used, and support has not been requested during this period. Refunds are not available outside of this timeframe.
JBGeoServices has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment that is found to be valid will be permanently closed down and reported to debt collection. Any past due fees plus a $150 chargeback fee (per chargeback made) will be sent to our debt collections agency. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available credit reporting agencies and local law enforcement will be notified of fraudulent internet activity.
A service may be cancelled at any time with JBGeoServices. JBGeoServices.com reserves the right to recycle an account name or port number to new customers once the account has been deactivated or closed. Fees are payable in advance. There is no minimum term required and you are free to leave at any time by either cancelling your subscription or by contacting your bank to stop future payments. You will be required to pay any unpaid overdue invoices after cancelation. All charges will cease when your subscription is cancelled, and there are no refunds for the months you were subscribed for the service.
We provide support to all clients via our website and email. The support is open 24 hours a day and we aim to respond to emails/tickets submitted within 24 hours, though in most cases much sooner. All clients are expected to be professional when dealing with JBGeoServices support representatives and under no circumstances do we tolerate abuse either by telephone or written in an email.
